港都黑馬韓國瑜 專家：衝擊綠營選情
【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】從高雄市提名初選大勝，再到Line粉絲破10萬，國民黨籍高雄市長參選人韓國瑜已成年底選戰的焦點。韓國瑜曾任國民黨立委、北農總經理，並以高達64%的初選民調，迎戰民進黨高雄市參選人陳其邁。政治學者施正鋒教授22日受訪時說，韓國瑜競選期間透過直播、網紅等方式網路戰，政治影響力不容小覷。謝明輝執行長受訪時指出，韓國瑜以「黑馬」姿態出線，在網路上的聲勢，已對民進黨選情造成不小衝擊。
根據媒體民調公布的「高屏縣市長選情大調查」，有32.0%支持陳其邁，30.4%支持韓國瑜，兩人差距僅1.6%，另有24.7%尚未表態。據悉，韓國瑜參政10多年，2012年擔任台北農產運銷公司總經理，獲得台北市長柯文哲器重。他曾感慨，自己離開立法院16年，雖然還是國民黨員，但「只有柯文哲把我當一個角色」，雙方也的確多次聊過如何將市政做好。
韓國瑜在2017年1月請辭北農總經理職務，隨後宣佈參選2017年5月國民黨主席選舉，但不幸落敗於國民黨現任主席吳敦義。國民黨隨後在8月公布，由韓國瑜出任高雄市黨部主委，他並在2018年5月初在國民黨高雄市提名初選勝出，代表國民黨參選高雄市長而受到矚目。
韓國瑜最為津津樂道的莫過於在台北市議會質詢時，以直言不諱的形象舌戰民進黨議員王世堅，而竄紅網路。他在2018年7月 10日成立LINE帳號，才5天加入的粉絲人數就破10萬，至今已飆破11萬人，還成為Line@官方帳號排行榜第1名，顯見其已擺脫國民黨暮氣沉沉的形象，在年輕人心中已佔有一席之地。
東華大學民族事務與發展學系教授施正鋒受訪時分析，民進黨在高雄市執政了很久，但是隨著前市長陳菊、副市長吳宏謀北上出任中央要職，即使民進黨立委陳其邁在高雄深耕多年，對高雄市的選情也勢必會造成一定衝擊。但國民黨在高雄市長提名人選決定推派韓國瑜時便沒什麼爭議，顯見其在高雄市也有一定的影響力。
值得注意的是，韓國瑜因與柯文哲在市政上合作多年，且在網路上有一定的知名度，他是否會成像柯文哲一樣走網路戰路線？施正鋒指出，相較藍綠兩黨，柯文哲在網路戰上發揮得最好，但韓國瑜的形象一直很直率，竄紅網路實屬意外，人氣之高是否會形成在國民黨在年底選舉的「黑馬」有待觀察。
台灣競爭力論壇執行長謝明輝則指出，國民黨高雄市長參選人韓國瑜，以黑馬姿態出線形成一股旋風，目前韓的聲勢已對民進黨的選情造成不小衝擊，藍綠高雄市長選戰都呈現五五波的形式，且國民黨的聲勢還不斷在增長中。此外，因民進黨執政不力，陸客來南部旅遊的人數已大跌；果菜、稻米價格也在早前的農產價格崩盤事件受到影響，民進黨年底選舉高雄市恐會不保。
